Kara L. Youngblood

Kara L. Youngblood is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Youngblood & Associates, PLLC. Since establishing the firm in 2016, Kara has built her practice around advancing business immigration solutions for employers across the United States.
She leads the firm’s legal strategy and directs all employment-based immigration casework, including H-2A, H-2B, TN, and PERM visa programs. Kara partners directly with employers in agriculture, landscaping, construction, manufacturing, and related industries to develop workforce strategies that meet operational needs and maintain full regulatory compliance.
Kara earned her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Her experience spans real estate law, federal regulatory compliance, and teaching undergraduate law courses at MTSU.
Kara approaches immigration law with a focus on compliance, strategy, and collaboration. She is committed to helping employers navigate complex regulations with confidence and clarity, empowering them to build sustainable, legally compliant workforces.
